Paulaner Oktoberfest

Paulaner Oktoberfest – over all a fairly disappointing beer.  It looked good in the glass, nice copper color good initial head, although it quickly lost the head.  It was a malty, fairly spicy, strong hopped beer, but left an unpleasant bitterness in your mouth for several minutes after the sip.   I have heard an read lots of good things about this beer, but I’m just not seeing or tasting it.

Over all, a disappointing beer.
