That is why they go into a box, out of sight out of mind! Beside I have a boat load of beer to drink and review (see my beer cellar) it makes it a bit easier.

Good luck with cellaring them! I haven't been able to keep one for more than a week :-). I have better luck cellaring things that I have never tasted, e.g., Deschutes' Mirror Mirror, Trader Joes' Vintage Ale, etc. Enjoy.

Thanks Zach! I will get up to Ommegang eventually, It's on my list of about 50 breweries to go to in the north east. I just got a 6-120's that I plan on cellaring for the next 3-9 years (it will be hard)

What a selection of unusual beers . . . I have been to Ommegang in NY and think that it is one of the best breweries in the north east. Haven't had a chance to try their new one though. I am glad to see that Dogfish head's entry was the winner . . . I don't think I have had anything from them that I did not like. In fact, I took two bottles of 120 Minute IPA on a 6 day backpacking adventure recently! Keep up the good work!

I'm a sucker for off the wall beers...of all the beers above, I have only tried Collaboration not Litigation and loved it, especially for the price. DFH's Sahtea has been on my list to try...just been on a TIGHT budget.

I would be hardpressed to try Hell or High Watermelon...not my style, but I never let that stop me.

So, the Dogfish Head was the favorite? I haven't seen that one yet, but it sounds interesting and would be a great addition to my fledgling "cellar"!
