I haven't been able to keep one for more than a week :-). I have better luck cellaring things that I have never tasted, e.g., Deschutes' Mirror Mirror, Trader Joes' Vintage Ale, etc. Enjoy. I have been to Ommegang in NY and think that it is one of the best breweries in the north east. Haven't had a chance to try their new one though. I am glad to see that Dogfish head's entry was the winner . . . I don't think I have had anything from them that I did not like. In fact, I took two bottles of 120 Minute IPA on a 6 day backpacking adventure recently! Keep up the good work! What a selection of unusual beers . . . DFH's Sahtea has been on my list to try...just been on a TIGHT budget. I would be hardpressed to try Hell or High Watermelon...not my style, but I never let that stop me.
