Assembly Line of Transfers :-)

Simply Beer does not just write about beers we drink or the bars we visit, but I’m also an avid homebrewer.  At any given time I’m brewing several different styles of beer at various stages of fermentation.   Checkout what is going on at the Simply Beer Brewery below.

Primary:

  • Wedding ESB (batch 2)
  • #xbrew Peanutbutter Porter
  • Snow Wit (100% Brett Fermentation)

Secondary:

  • Wedding ESB (batch 1)
  • Dunkelweizen

On Tap:

  • Roggenbier
  • Bourbon Barrel Stout

Brewery Reserves:

  • Big Foot Barley Wine – (8/1/08, bottled)
  • Holiday Ale – (2/1/09, bottles) my poor troubled Holiday Ale.

With all our beers brewed, mailed, and ready to [...]
