My wife and I are on a quest to find her 10 beers over the next 3 months that she can enjoy! We have found very few beers that she has enjoyed. So tonight we sampled two beers, Southern Tiers Creme Brulee and Fantome Dark White. Having had several beers from Unibroue and quite frankly they have all been superb beers, so as you can guess I’m pretty excited about this one. The Unibroue Trois Pistoles is considered to be a Belgian style Strong Dark Ale, at 9% abv i think it part way there.
