My wife and I are on a quest to find her 10 beers over the next 3 months that she can enjoy! We have found very few beers that she has enjoyed. But on this one fun filled night, I hit a grand slam or at least figured out how to introduce new beer to my wife. Granted there will still be beer she doesn’t like, but with some good food and in this case good family I have a leg up. With my beer adventurous in-laws, good food, and some great beer, I think I might have figured it out.

Right on the label they tell us we like the wit, but screw it, we’re gonna mess with it completely!

Another summer beer for me to try. Saw this at the liquor store today and I was in the mood to try a new summer witbier. As with typical witbier or white beers, the Woody Creek White is brewed with coriander and orange peel.

My Biggest issue with New Belgium is they don’t distribute to New Jersey. In order to get New Belgium beer (and others), I trade yeast samples with a beer buddy in California. In my last trade I got a New Belgium Mothership Wit along with some other beers that I’ll be reviewing later.
